DUEL ON MULSANNE

Jaguar was determined to win Le Mans and in 1988 no fewer than 5 of their Silk Cut Jaguar XJR 9 LM’S were entered.  It was the No.2 car of Jan Lammers, Andy Wallace and Johnny Dumfries that was victorious narrowly beating the Bell/Stuck/Ludwig Porsche 962C.  Both cars are depicted thundering past Les Hunaudieres under a moon-lit night sky.
