FERRARI – THE FIRST GRAND PRIX VICTORY

It was at the British Grand Prix at Silverstone in 1951 that Ferrari achieved its first Grand Prix victory.  The image depicts the tremendous battle between eventual winner Jose Gonzalez driving the Ferrari 375 and Juan Fangio in the Alfa Romeo.  Gigi Villoresi shown following, also in a Ferrari finished third.
