LE MANS 1985

Porsche was the hot favourite with twelve 956/962’s entered with Toyota and Sauber-Mercedes making their Le Mans debut.  It was the customer car of Joest Racing that took the Laurels driven by Ludwig, Barilla and Winter, the same chassis that won the previous year.  It is shown thundering past the Les Hunaudieres overtaking a March 84G, in this atmospheric depiction.
